The hotel had nicely decorated, quiet, and comfortable rooms, but the lack of a ceiling fan made me concerned about ventilation. My stay at the hotel on Live Oak Dr in San Antonio was quite pleasant. The rooms were perfectly decorated, quiet, and comfortable, with minor issues quickly addressed by the amazing Mrs Sharron. Although I feel the weekend breakfast could offer more variety than just omelets, Sharron's exceptional service made up for it. The coffee wasn't bad, but Sharron stood out as the most helpful staff member. The room amenities, including a working microwave and mini-fridge, were convenient.

The service was excellent, friendly, and accommodating, except for the waffle maker instruction talk. The location was conveniently close to attractions and easy to access. The dining experience fell short despite efforts, especially with extended techno music playing. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
